IMDT Partnership Grades Classes

Want to join our classes but can’t commit to a course?

These pay as you go classes are perfect if you are looking to spend some quality time with your dog(s) and want to work on a range of activities and exercises but don’t necessarily want to commit to a course.

We cover a variety of exercises and you will have the opportunity to work towards and complete the IMDT Partnership Grades as part of the classes. These are 6 grades, each grade requiring you and your dog to complete specific criteria along the way.

The Grades are non-competitive and a great way for you to work as a partnership with your dog. There is no pressure to complete the Grades in a set time frame, and you can work towards each Grade at your own pace. On completion of each Grade you will receive a certificate and rosette to display with pride!

Loose lead walking: 100 metres with turns and sits

Sit: with duration (30 seconds)

Hand Target ‘Touch’: left and right hand

Recall: from 10 paces

Handling: 3 body parts

Nosework: Search an area of 10 cones

IMDT TASTER SESSION

The IMDT Partnership Grades are suitable for dog of all ages and abilities. Your dog does not need to have Advanced skills, and the Grades cover a range of exercises in a way that you can progress at your own pace.

Whether you are looking to improve your dog’s focus and obedience, learn new skills, or simply want to do something fun together, then I hope you will give the Partnership Grades a try.
